GAZETTEER · THE EASTERN CRAGS
The Weeping Vault
A sealed Imperial-Temple vault in the Eastern Crags, beaded always with warm metal-tasting water — the seal keeps something in.
A single iron door stands in living stone, beaded with water that runs warm and tastes of metal. The Imperium sealed something here and left no key. The Temple has tried prayer, the Silt Hands powder, and the crag has kept both out. Whatever weeps behind the door has been weeping a very long time.
