The Cinder Throat
A lava-tube cave on the Cinder Reach seam, breathing warm sulphur air — an emberback hatchery above and the Cinder Quorum's smelter for melting down barrow-metal below.
The tube goes down in two drops before leveling into the smelting chamber, where the Quorum breaks down barrow-grave goods — bone-clasps, fang-rings, the occasional relic-fragment — before fencing them through the Gaunt Ledger. The heat is workable; the emberback colony on the upper shelf is not. The only place to buy stolen barrow goods back, if the diggers don't recognize you.
