The Wightcairn — in-engine capture (barrow architecture kit)

GAZETTEER · THE NORTHERN RAMPART

The Wightcairn

A Korl burial-hall under a snow-shouldered ridge — drystone vaults older than the Imperium where the high folk laid their dead, and the thing in the deepest vault is not entirely a corpse.

The Korl built their halls here before any empire came to wall them out. Three-Cairns' people still leave offerings at the lintel stones. The outer vaults hold only bones; the deepest vault holds something that answers the weight of a footstep, and the Korl's offerings are an appeasement, not a memorial.
