The Sealed Reliquary

The Choir's chapter-house and vault in Valenfeld, where unclosed dead are sung to rest under stone — bright, austere, and very locked.

Whitewashed walls, clean lines, and beneath them a vault of bound, unclosed dead pressing faintly at the floor. The Choir keeps a chapter in town to watch the relic trade and to receive anything the faithful surrender. Sister-binders sing funeral rites in shifts so nothing in the vault ever fully stirs.
