A Korl high-passage tomb cut into the granite above the column-fields — older than the Imperium that built its rampart to wall them out — its dead swinging like their living kin.
The Korl buried their greatest here before the Vallen Imperium was a dream. Cut-stone EQ masonry was added over the Korl burial by Imperium hands, as if they meant to claim what they could not understand. The wight-lord inside held the pass before there was a pass, and the oversized iron grave-goods — lances, great shields, a broad iron blade — have not rusted in five hundred years.
