The Mangrove Maw

A sea-cave under a Drook headland where the Silt Hands cache loads too deniable for the Cove — the back floods at high water and a Tide Gripper owns the mouth.

Drip-stone galleries above the tideline, cool and dark and smelling of brine and old rope. The Silt Hands use it as a deep cache — cargo that can't be logged anywhere, moved only in the slack hours before the sea fills the back chambers again. One load was never picked up. The runner didn't come back.
