A phial of rendered rime-stalker cold-gland — the Rime-Skinners' main trade good, valued by outfitters and alchemists who work the north road.
The gland sits beneath the jaw of a rime-stalker and produces the chemical that lets the beast hunt in sub-zero temperatures. Rendered and phialled by the Skinners' process, the result is a thick, pale fluid that feels cold in the hand even in a closed bottle. Outfitters pay for it; alchemists in Sresh-Dar pay more and don't ask where it was harvested. Hessa sells it without receipts.
