A waterlogged Greenwake token recovered from the Drowned Larach's altar — sealed in something that isn't wax and isn't amber, still holding the same unnatural calm the Drowned Warden kept for decades before the water took her.
The token is old oak-wood, sealed in something clear that is not wax and not amber, with a warden's name carved in the bark-script the Greenwake use for their dead. Whoever this warden was, whatever she watched over in the Larach when she walked in and the water rose and never let her go, the keeping is still in the wood — the same unhurried patience the Lady of the Long Water gives everything she takes into her deep. Carry it and some of that patience holds in you too: breath held longer, panic starting later, the cold less cold.
