The deep-quarry dark beneath the Northern Rampart's alpine spine, cut open by the Coldhand Pans clan working without any house's protection — Forbidden-tier by the Rampart's own height plus the underdark's depth.

The Stonewright Moot cuts its galleries into the Rampart's upper stone; the Rimehollow Deep is what's under even that, where the Coldhand Pans clan quarries foundation-stone and old temple-bronze the Moot never sanctioned. Nothing polices the boundary between the two, which is exactly the kind of gap a hard clan learns to profit from.
