Greywater Hollow

A tiny Stoneborn quarry-steading folded behind the eastern ridge in the Hollow Vale — three slab-roofed stone houses, a forge, and a cold black tarn — the only hearth and roof in the Rampart Foothills.

Warmer than the shelf around it, sheltered from the north wind by the ridge, easy to miss from the Cairn Road. The Coldhand Pans winter here, cut foundation-stone from the lower columns, and trade worked iron and silver for what they cannot make. Children dare each other to touch the brazen watcher on the terrace above.
