The Choir's iron-willed binder in Valenfeld — courteous, certain, and convinced every one of the Unclosed left wandering is a death waiting to happen.

Sethe would seal the sun if she thought it was still calling to something. She runs the Reliquary and the Choir's Vale chapter with unsettling kindness — she'll feed you, bless you, and ask you, very reasonably, to bring her every one of the Unclosed you find so she can see its ending finished properly. She means it as mercy. She is not entirely wrong.
