A Silt Hands fixer operating out of Valenfeld's market, who moves coin between the Cove and the town without appearing to.

Keth sells salt fish and buys everything else. He has three names in this town and uses none of them when the Hands are watching. He is Sresha's eyes in Valenfeld, and Ahnassi's sometimes-rival.
