The Gaunt Ledger's buyer in Ashfall Town — a wide Vyr man who pretends to be a speculative mining investor and is transparently not.

Orin pays above market for anything that's genuine Old Work — temple-bronze, old castings, anything that came out of somewhere the Imperium used to be. He does not ask origin questions as a professional courtesy. His instructions from the Ledger are encoded in the bottom of his inventory ledger and he updates them weekly via a coded dispatch-rider.
