aka The Curate's Argument
Curate Andil's theological brief arguing that the Wright's Shard is a sacred relic that must be retrieved from the barrow and sanctified before any other power can corrupt it.
The shard does not belong to the earth, nor to the tribes who guard it, nor to the house that counts silver over its grave. It is owed to the Temple, which alone can bind it in right doctrine and keep the vale from whatever broke the Wright the first time laying its hand on the world a second.
