A drifting bladder-jelly that floats over the mere at dusk trailing a cold blue glow; harmless unless crushed, when it stings.
The Hands steer by them on moonless runs — a string of fenlights is a channel that stays deep. Children of Siltmouth are told the lights are the drowned, holding lanterns, looking for the way home.
