Goblin

Small, vicious warren-dwellers of the eastern hills who skulk in numbers, cut from ambush, and flee the moment the odds turn against them.

A goblin is a knee-high knot of malice with a stolen knife. Alone it is nothing; a warren of them will strip a caravan to the axles. Their skulkers scout, their cutters swarm, and a bloodclaw — a goblin grown fat on plunder — leads from the back.
