The Reshi Marauders

Caravan-folk turned road-reavers who strike from the dark with gold eyes and are gone before the dust settles.

Every Marauder was once of a caravan, which is exactly why they are so good at robbing them: they know the routes, the watch-rotations, the hour the guards go heavy-eyed. They cut the traces, took the night-roads for their own, and trade the Reshi's quickness and night-eye for ambush instead of escape. Kavi Gold-Eye leads them — raised by a caravan-master she later cut the throat of — and she is patient where her people are quick, which is what makes her dangerous.
