_noteZW-13 minimal registration (2026-07-13, follow-up ledger item). `underdark` is a ZONE-LAYER tag (data/world/zones/<slug>/zone.json layer:"underdark", e.g. under-the-emberwaste/vel-sathra/under-the-vale/under-the-northern-rampart), never a TerrainGen surface-classifier output -- ZoneTerrain.gd resolves it by STRING key directly (BiomeAssets.profile("underdark")), bypassing the numeric id entirely. No flora (there is no sun); a real underdark dressing pass (glowing fungus, crystal growths, fungal DSL slots) is future work -- an honest gap per the DSL's empty-slot convention, not a bug.
