Barrow delve dressing set. palette overlays StoneKit's per-kind colours (tune masonry here, not in code); props maps a DungeonKit prop piece -> a catalog part key, so the decorative barrels/crates pull real medieval models (atlas-shared, merge-cheap) instead of code boxes. Add a key to override more pieces; geometry (walls/floors) stays code-built (DelveShell).
