The Emberthrone's centuries of eruption built this country and keep building it — ash-plains, frozen lava rivers, vent-fields that hiss and give underfoot. Nothing sane settles here; a handful of fire-touched Ashwalkers, a bored Hollow Writ garrison, and an Unsealing cell chasing a relic older than the Sundering are all it has.
